About
My 15-year marketing journey spans growing post-IPO-recognized brands to advising startups, with a focus on branding and product marketing. Originating in consumer goods (cpg), I've led strategy, ideation, and execution that have enhanced brand visibility across digital and traditional retail landscapes for both B2C and B2B2C audiences. My work has directly contributed to the revenue growth of major brands at or above $35MM, like Chameleon Coffee, Garnier, and Sprite, pushing them at or above business goals.
Within the digital healthcare sector, I’ve collaborated with early-stage ventures, from conceptual brand strategies to market-ready entities, assisting in persona development, lead generation, and messaging, aiding in their continued expansion; brands including CityPT and Anja Health.
As the co-founder and Marketing Head of ADV, a premium wellness brand focused on racquet sports, I've managed a broad spectrum of responsibilities. From managing partnerships to spearheading crowdfunding efforts, my diverse experience has kept us on a profitable, self-funded path, showcasing the breadth and adaptability of my marketing expertise.
Why digital healthcare and wellness
I became enthralled with health following a personal experience I had managing chronic migraines for over 5 years and being my own patient advocate. In 2016, I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism after having gone undetected by many clinicians. Relieved and confused about how this was overlooked, I funneled my energy into knowing more, asking better questions, and gaining a better grasp of the healthcare system from the standpoint of a patient.
In the immediate term, this propelled me to refine further my fitness regime, a natural inclination from my love of sports, and to earn certifications in fitness training and health coaching (curbing my curiosity).
Now, I channel this passion into the broader sphere of health and wellness, aiming to contribute meaningful improvements to the massive $4T healthcare sector, especially advancements in metabolic and microbiome health (a story for another day).
